I almost never eat fast food. I think most of it is unhealthy.

If I'm on the road and hungry, though, I'll stop at a drive through. The only thing I will eat at McDonalds is a filet of fish sandwich. I might get a Subway sandwich. Occasionally I'll go to Taco Bell or get a chili cheese dog or Polish sandwich at Der Weinerschnitchel.
My wife and I both like In 'n' Out Burger, including their fries.

I'd rather go to a small restaurant and order a sandwich, a burger, or burrito to go. I do love tacos and burritos from Mexican restaurants.
There is a nearby pizza place that makes excellent meatball sandwiches.
Another place has an excellent burger menu with things like Ortega burger and Polynesian burger and (fried) fish sandwich.

Sometimes my wife and I order Chinese or Thai for dinner.
And of course there is pizza, but we avoid large chain restaurants.

Anywhere from once a week to once a month. A might go six months without eating fast food. Then have a flurry of it one month.

I lived on fast food in my 20's and 30's. But I try to live better now. I like it as much as I ever did but I know it's not good for me.

Not too often. On Saturdays it's breakfast at starbucks and I get egg bites and then a pink drink or frappe (vanilla bean, strawberry creme, decaf caramel ribbon crunch, decaf cookie crumble mocha). Sometimes we go to Culvers for lunch and I'll get deluxe burger, fish sandwich, or chicken tenders. Then flavor of the day or another ice cream treat of my choice. At DQ it's fish sandwich or rotisserie chicken salad and then ice cream treat of my choice. At chick-fil-a it's grilled chicken nuggets, cool wrap, or grilled chicken club sandwich and a vanilla milkshake. At Panda express it's brown rice, honey walnut shrimp, string bean chicken, mushroom chicken, or honey sesame chicken. Sometimes I'll get the noodles too, but they make me burpy.

I had a brain aneurysm reading that. "How often do you eat fast food as a main meal, and what do you have?" There, fixed it. Hardly eat fast food anymore. Maybe have Taco Bell or McDonald's for breakfast when I'm in the area, and occasionally just pick any place for lunch.  This Wednesday plan on eating Burger King. Small fry, Whopper, and the small regular cheeseburger.

Not very often... maybe a few times a month. I sometimes get a McDonalds Big Mac meal, and other times I'll get a couple Burrito Supremes at Taco Bell, and sometimes I'll go to Zaxbys and get a Spicy Chicken Sandwich meal.
