I've never had it, not sure it's legal in Europe. As I understand it, it's a mix of other cheeses melted down and reformed then given a patriotic name to appeal to rednecks.

This isn't a cheese but a substitute. You can find it in EU just in smaller less deadly portions.

And yet I do not care if the cheese isn't really cheese. Vegan cheese on the other hand, doesn't taste good.
