It was excellent I made the sauce from fresh Romano tomatoes and included fresh chopped onions. Fresh garlic, basil and other herbs. I added layers of provolone cheese, Romano pecorino cheese. Mozzarella and Parmigiano Reggiano. So it was very flavorful.

I cooked them and they were very good. I use a meat thermometer to test doneness so they don't get overcooked. They were moist and tasty!

Very much! Used almond flour for breading and fried in light olive oil, so relatively healthy for a fried food, and very tasty!
