  It was excellent I made the sauce from fresh Romano tomatoes and included fresh chopped onions. Fresh garlic, basil and other herbs. I added layers of provolone cheese, Romano pecorino cheese. Mozzarella and Parmigiano Reggiano. So it was very flavorful.

  I cooked them and they were very good. I use a meat thermometer to test doneness so they don't get overcooked. They were moist and tasty!
