A small bowl of fruit, a couple strips of bacon and a hard boiled egg.

pot roast with mashed potatoes and a veggie mix.

Technically, Fiber supplements. But in terms of a proper meal, a Chimichanga

Crab and artichoke dip with ritz crackers. That was my lunch today.

An Ugli fruit and a handful of kumquats

Steak n kidney pie, mushy peas n chips.

I had a Caesar salad for dinner tonight.

  Yes. 😋 I usually have one of those for breakfast about an hour or so after I get up. Either that or a Costco blueberry muffin with Kerrygold butter.
  
  Once in a while I go wild and make actual breakfast. LOL Scrambled eggs with toast, or French toast, or bacon and peanut butter on toast.
