If I'm eating battered fish I'll go for tartar sauce or a pot of curry. I generally don't dip shrimp but might have a little vinegar or lemon juice
I'm using different sauces because of the type of seafood that I eat. I like fish tartar sauce and I also like shrimp cocktail sauce. I also enjoy a good sweet and sour sauce with my chicken.
When I have breaded fish I use tartar sauce. With shrimp I use cocktail sauce.
Regular fish I just use fresh lemon
Depends on the seafood.. I always go for garlic aioli for fish, and thousand island dressing for shrimp & prawns. Don’t usually have a dipping sauce for other seafood.

Tartar sauce, ketchup, and sometimes mayo.
Depends on the fish and flavour profile of the dish.
but is there one you tend to use the most that you noticed?
Good seafood doesn't NEED dipping sauce. Fried stuff on the other hand, requires something depending on the fish. Tartar, hot cocktail sauce, or some kind of aioli usually does the trick.
I rarely eat seafood. When I do, I don't use a dipping sauce.
Remoulade with pickles
