What food do you put hot sauce on?

I didn't start eating hot sauce until 2020 or 2021. I forgot which but iw as like WOW WHAT HAVE I BEEN MISSING 😂 My preference is Lousiana but i hate Crystals, Red Hot, Tabasco and Tapato. I think 2 years was enough because i’m burnt out on hot sauce now. The vinegary smell of it is kinda sickening.  But to answer the question, I like it on top of greens, mashed potatoes, corn on the cob, baked chicken, and baked pork chops.  It was mehh on spaghetti and chili.

“Hot Sauce?” That could be several things, similar but not all the same.

I put actual hot sauce on eggs or breakfast burritos sometimes.

I put salsa on breakfast, Mexican food, nachos and maybe on a burger sometimes.

I put taco sauce on pizza or fried burritos sometimes.

Honestly I’m a bit of a pansy and hot sauce isn’t quite my thing… I do enjoy it from time to time. On chicken or noodles or rice. It’s fun in Mac and cheese or like creamy cheese dishes.

I like Tabasco Original and Frank's Red Hot Chile and Lime. Snap back a glass of icy wine and then eat a slice of red onion covered in tabasco and caesar dressing. Fine way to start a meal.
