What's your favorite hot sauce?

When we were in Cuba or Mexico, the hotel sold very very very very spicy hot sauce. None of us are experts at accepting spicy flavours so I drop a few spices into my vegetable juice when I am mixing a home made caesar cocktail without alcohol.

This isn't hot sauce, but mild buffalo is what I like to get sometimes on my boneless wings. Other times it's pineapple BBQ sauce. I like Taco Bell's mild sauce packets though.
