Is oatmeal with milk, and honey good for the diet?

Yes. Oatmeal is good for fiber, milk is good for bones & protein, and honey provides some natural sugar. As long as you aren't putting a huge amount of honey in, you'll be fine. I personally do mine with pb & honey or pb & banana.

Better use raspberries or blueberries. They have not much sugar and do not add any kind of sugar. No sugar, no honey, no syrup, ...

Add almonds or hazelnuts or walnut if you like. Then you have the perfect starter!

Overnight oats... prepare it in the evening before.
