Is rice, sugar, and milk a good combination?

Question

This debate has been going on forever between me and my boyfriend. I️ joke about how he’s a weirdo but he says it’s delicious. I️m inning into more anymore people who do this now and so do you do it or would u try it?

Sugar is sugar with no nutritional valur unless you get molases, honey, maple syrup or real fruit, or even unrefined sugar.

Rice is a type of carbohydrate with sugar. It can have nutritional value if its brown, black or red.

Milk is a type of sugar with vitamins depending on what you get.

So if you had organic milk with brown rice and red apples I'd think its healthy.

But if you had cheap hormone loaded milk with white rice with white sugar - I'd say your killing yourself with overdose of sugar and going on the road to diabetes.

its basically rice pudding, it healthy if you cut out the sugar. if you're asking if it tastes good, yeah it does. but id use stevia, and a bit of vanilla extract and maybe cinnamon.

thats similiar to a norwegian type of meal except they add cinnamon to a mixture of milk, rice, and sugar. its really good you should try making it.

That's more of a southern thing. Personally, if I'm eating rice by itself it has to have milk and sugar.

rice and milk are great to give you power but sugar... it´s always a bad decision to eat some extra sugar. I wouldn´t eat that.

Boile rice in milk for a couple of hours and you get rice porridge. Very nice with sugar and cinnamon
