I'm not sure if my exercise routine matters but I do HIIT(sprinting/walking) 2x a week, taebo & weight lifting.
Healthy or unhealthy? What changes should I or could I make?

Trending & News I love jasmine rice. Its actually contains no fat, however, it lacks a lot of nutrients. It does have iron though. Its very high in carbs (but its rice so that's expected) it also has no fiber and has low protein (but the salmon makes up for that). How much are you eating of it? If its just one cup then you're fine. It doesn't have fat but carbs/starches can be harmful to your diet if you're trying to lose weight. Also, since it lacks nutrients you should take a multivitamin or supplements with it (these are also good for any diet).
It doesn't affect the rice, but how many days do you work out? And how long? If you're trying to lose weight then you want to make sure that your routine is pretty solid.
I work out 6 days a week with the 6th day just being yoga. Tuesdays & Thursdays are HIIT days, so only about 20 minutes. M & F about an hour 15 minutes and W an hour or so.
Right now I'm focusing on toning up. I know you can't spot reduce but my legs & thighs are toned and muscular but my arms are not the most toned -_- so I'm focusing on toning up
Multivitamins good for any diet. +1
This is the way I look at them..
salmon/tuna = protein protein protein (macronutrient of recovery)
rice = carbs carbs carbs (fats twin; one of two macronutrients of energy)
multivitamin = all the little stuff you could never have all of in even the most well thought out diet (micronutrients)
Sounds really healthy to me; actually a lot healthier than a standard breakfast of heavy pancakes / grains abundance of dairy etc -
Salmon is great protein - which will tone and build up muscles and such - help them recover from fatigue from working out.
Ha ha my breakfast consist of Toaster Stroodles and coffee :P so yea - I think I should be taking advice from you about this :P
Jasmine rice? Never had it but according to Phoenix1991 it's euphoric so
u might be eating too much salmon. your only supposed to eat it a few times a week because of the mercury levels in the fish.
I'm not an expert (nor do I particularly worry about) heavy metals in fish, if you're worried, look into that.
Protein at breakfast is always a good idea.
Breakfast is a relatively good time to eat carbs. If you are happy with your weight, there's nothing inherently evil about rice.
Note that for HIIT and weight lifting (and maybe Taebo) you'll need carbs in your system.
I suspect its fine, if you're going to tinker anything, it would be if you're getting enough vegetables etc. at other points in the day.
Yeah, I'm not afraid of carbs actually. Just from experience I know I need them or else I can't do my HIIT, I just can't w/o them. My main goal is to tone up(upper body specifically), so would rice affect my goal?
No. Nobody can do HIIT without carbs - you need sugar in your muscles to do that kind of explosive move. You can do steady state work just off the energy from fat, but you need glucose to do HIIT level intensity.
I know it sounds lame, but remember that natural foods are rarely 'bad' or 'good' (processed food is often bad). Only your overall diet + lifestyle is bad or good. If you're running a caloric deficit of 1000 calories on a day and not trying to lose weight, cake is good for you.
I'd switch out the salmon for chicken breast. Fish is nasty and can have mercury bio accumulation.
I prefer brown rice over all others, but, to each his own. Switch out the scoop of rice for a similarly sized helping of mixed vegetables and it's beginning to look healthy.

I ..ENVY...YOU... I had jasmine rice once and no other rice can come close to that epic taste.
I think its healthy, salmon is good for you, and I think tuna is but I hate tuna , so I'm rooting for salmon.
LOL I don't think so, well the tuna and salmon are light, but the rice is the killer... Rice is very very very! fatening!
i would prefer you shld have them for lunch indeed they are healthy but its best for lunch ...breakfast shld be something like oat meals egg whites
^what does it matter if she eats oats/eggs for lunch and this for breakfast rather than vice versa?
I would say it's healthy, fish is a great source of protein.
