Is steak and fruit salad healthy breakfast?

I’m just going to go and claim my new visa and residence permit. For the next 6 months.

I decided to start new habits and eat healthily and lose a bit more weight. I am 48 kg and 700 grams now 🤣 I bought lots of new dresses and fancy outfits and I want to lose about 2 kg first and then start workout actively and maybe try part-time fitness modeling again and feel more confident in myself.

I think it’s the best I eat once a day, in the morning and then at the evening just a very light meal.

So, this morning I felt like eating fruit and vegetable salad and also decided to add some protein. I got broccoli + steak and apple, orange, kiwi, dragon fruit salad.

I wonder if it’s a healthy meal or is it too much?

I have a date this evening and I’ll be busy preparing whole afternoon so I won’t eat any more. Plus, I want to look lean in that dress I bought.
