Just wanted to know if it’s true or not :)))
if it is just sparkling water, as in CO2 has been added, then it shouldn't hurt your teeth at all. i also don't know how likely it is to clean teeth
but if it's seltzer or club soda, it can hurt teeth cause there are sugars or other things added that can promote tooth decay

Carbon Dioxide stored in sparkling water has pH 3-4 like orange juice. However due warmth and saliva in mouth carbon dioxide gets released quickly from sparkling water and it loses its acidity.
Sparkling water isn't dangerous for teeth, even though strong acids like undiluted vinegar or ascorbic acid can weaken enamel by longer contact. However healthy enamel remineralizes and repairs itself.
Not sure about the stains part but as for teeth no. The bubbly carbohydrates aren't going to hurt your teeth much. 🦷

Not sure about stains, could be... but laundry detergent is totally capable of dealing with stains anyway.
But teeth are not effected by little bubbles of CO2 in the water.Bad for your teeth? It has minerals and does not decay them.

Absolutely not sparkling water is fine for your teeth! I drink like 6 cans of Coca Cola a day and my teeth are fine so I’m sure sparkling water is ok !
