I once went over 2 weeks without eating. Thing is I was in the hospital unconscious for most of the time with only IV fluids. The doctors told my parents I wouldn't live. I shouldn't have survived.

Is it healthy? Hell no!

With some special exceptions, there is no benefit to fasting and a lot of negatives. Even for a few days it's risky and could be harmful. Doing it for a week will almost certainly do harm, with no benefit.

Not for a seven day fast. Even for shorter fasts like a few days it's highly controversial, with no solid evidence that it's better than a normal healthy diet. Fasting for that long is just plain dangerous and stupid.

yes, but I couldn't do anything. After 3 days without food I get a blackout every time I go up.

Theoretically you can go 7 days without water and fourteen without food.

I do a 3 day fast once a month or so and the most I have gone is 5 days I am pretty sure. So I am sure I could do 7. By day 3 I stop getting hungry anyways.

There was a time when I ate two fruits a day, or a fruit and a cracker. That's very little, but I never went more than a day without eating

Doubtful. I've never had a weight problem because I have a crazy metabolism that requires far more calories per day than an average person.
