Depends on how fat you are when you start. If you just get fluid the body will consume itself until you die, so the more it has to consume the longer you will last. I have heard that it's somewhere between 3-4 weeks before organs will start faliling and you die even if there is still muscle and fat left.

Not long. I was anorexic and my brain started to eat itself and my organs shut down and I actually died but was revived. Not something I'd recommend
