Very true

Most foods which are consumed by people on daily basis are quite unhealthy and there are foods which are often assumed as healthy but that's not the case

For example if you research about coke or other soft drinks , you'll know how much sugar it has and how unhealthy it is

Absolutely basically EVERYTHING with any processing , and certainly all , what you guys call " Sodas " , sugar free or otherwise.

Any processed food is by its nature completely and utterly unhealthy , particularly proceeded carbs and sugar , sugar itself is white , slow , death - in any form , and it has no place in any diet.

I've heard that at one point, the big trend in Japan was to eat fish that were not only raw, but still alive. While this strikes me as horribly cruel, there can be no doubt that such foods are far, FAR healthier than anything I've ever eaten (well, with the exception of some of the bugs, I guess), since the food I eat is DEAD.

If you mean healthful, which is a condition, not a property, then no, most of it's not bad at all.

Here in the US, for example, the word "organic" means, in a marketing sense, very little- lawyers and corporate buyouts took over everyone who had the right to use it and gutted its meaning. But that's actually a net positive, because while artificial pesticides have to be human-safe, natural ones DON'T.

Highly processed food is unhealthy.

I buy vegetables, raw meat and other basic ingredients and cook at home from scratch. As much as I hate to cook it's the healthiest solution.

Unprocessed food is much less healthful. Bear in mind that "processing" includes such procedures as "washing".

While I understand what you're trying to say, and don't really disagree, you need to be more specific. "Processed" is a poor choice of words.

It is more work to eat healthier, so it seems like many people just don't have or take the time anymore to eat better.

Seems like it, since we buy most of our foods in the supermarket, and not grow our own or make our own so that’s probably true
