I used to love eggs but now I can't even eat one.

our tastebuds regenerate and after a certain amount of years get weaker. children have super sensitive tastebuds, which is probably why their pallet is so limited. could also be hormones, but maybe that's only a female thing. i used to hate mustard as a child, it was probably way too much for my tastebuds. but now i could eat that out of a jar (don't ask)

as for you used to liking eggs and now don't like eating them, maybe you've had too many of them and taking a break could help

From what my mom told me it's about getting older and the change in your taste buds. She can't eat bananas and cucumbers anymore because they taste bitter to her each time. And my stomach seems to be sensitive to drinking milk for whatever reason.

Maybe you’re burnt out. Also, your taste buds change every seven years.
