I'd always love to, but it goes bad before I can finally eat it. And all of those kits just don't taste as good as a regular homemade one (used with actual graham crackers, candy, and frosting).

If I want to look at a gingerbread house I can go online, the whole point of having a physical house that is made of bread is so you can eat it.
