Do you like the to eat the rind off cheese?

Depends on cheese. I don't like the wax or paper stuff I peel it carefully off. Bergkäse or Gruyere have most intense taste close to cheese rind that's why peeling too much off is a taste waste. Most blue cheeses like Gorgonzolla or Bree have penicilinium mold rind, it's mostly harmless as long as it's white.
The rind is sometimes too bitter for me to eat.
Save the cheese rind as an ingredient to melt into other things. For instance, the rind on a triangular wedge of parmesan can be cut up and added to a pasta sauce and will melt giving the sauce an added parmesan flavor.
Ever since a friend with a microscope showed me rind at over 300x magnification I won't consider it...
These are cheese mites...
Bon appetit 🤣🤣🤣

I don’t like the rinds as much as the actual cheese but I will eat the rinds on Gruyere cheese since it still tastes like cheese.
Actually I like to eat the cheese's rind, at least if no plastic, paper or wax lurks to spoil the eating fun ;0)
No, I normally move the foreskin aside and slurp @musclesimp's cheese underneath.
Had some lovely Brie the other day, yep ate the rind.
My cans of cheese don't come with rinds, just plastic caps...
It depends on the cheese. Some rinds are just wax while others are tasty.
I have to chase the dog away from cheese wax
No, but if it’s a Camembert or a Brie I’m too lazy to take off the rind and that why I eat it. I am a lazy bastard.
depends, soft cheese like Brie I do, but hard goats cheese like Comte I don't,,,
Nope. Tastes like depression.
Yeah, but I avoid the wax.
Chop it off & throw it away.
The rind is the best part
I have with camembert
As long as it’s edible yeah I’ll eat it
Only on brie
I chop it off
I never eat it
