    I am not a coffee drinker so I do not have much to offer there but I do consume sugar from time to time. Usually it is pretty easy. You just have to have the willpower to stop eating sugars, processed foods, sodas, candies, cakes... etc. for like 2/3 days. Eat healthy proteins, fruits and veggies and drink water.

    You'll notice the cravings for sugar, the cravings to snack and munch in the evenings will go away. Once the craving for it subsides then it will be much easier to stay away from it.

    I also get some sugar free gum and chew when I am in between eating windows.

    Find the realistic healthy alternative. Realistic is key word, try cold brew coffee no sugar, fruit, small candy if you have to have. something. I was hooked on energy drinks and I've been drinking bubly now to wein off that. The best thing to drink is water, but I can't mentally do that, so you have to find the healthy thing you like and work that into your diet.

    instead of grabbing the sugary snacks, grab a fruit or something healthy instead. maybe some pita bread and hummus? apple and peanut butter?

    as for the coffee, try green tea instead

    Try drinking plan black coffee with just a green tea bag. Antioxidants! Coffee and tea are both good for you as long as you drink them plain with no sugars or milks or sweeteners or creamers.

    Start eating the better stuff and slowly wake yourself off of it little by little.. May take some time, but with patience and persistent, you'll get back to eating better.. Don't stress eat..

      I highly recommend a homemade fruit smoothie. It’s healthy and just as satisfying to consume as something like Little Debbie’s oatmeal creampies. Ice, milk, one banana, some frozen strawberries, some frozen blueberries, and a little bit of honey. I think I’m going to call that my Supreme Smoothy.
