I know what you mean. I have to take sugar out of my diet too. Sugar is actually more addicting than cocaine, alcohol. or other addictions. Because it is in ALL our foods (here in America) it's almost impossible to escape it.
This company, ULAN link sells a product called UNS Glyc-Aide. I take two a day, one in the morning and one at night. It helps curb the addiction until your body fights it off. Then I take all the sugar out of my diet. If I want something sweet I drink ice coffee with cream, and Truvia link it is an all natural no calorie sweetener.
Stay away from all sugar (EXCEPT FRUIT - EAT A LOT OF FRUIT) for about two months, and then slowly add back certain breads like Ezekiel bread link they can be found in any trader Joe's, Whole Foods, or health food stores. Also, start using honey as a sweetener.
White Sugar and White Flour I feel are the reason for cancer. We bleach these products and then we put it into our body, and then on top of it the FDA puts sugar in all our foods with preservatives. No wonder why we always feel like crap.
Once you kick the addiction you'll feel better too.

Well, at least you now realized that you have a sugar addiction.
Try eating more protein and go heavy on the spices. I wouldn't recommend eating/drinking anything 'sugar-free' - They'll still give you cravings for sweets.
Develop a degree of self control.
I know your taste buds love it.. But in a few years or so, your body won't..
Replace all the sugary foods with fruits, drink more water, and KEEP those sweets out of the house!
See a nutritionist in case this love of sugar has a medical reason.
Read up on diabetes and the horrible effects it can have on your life.
Replace sugar on the things you eat and drink, with things like Splenda which are designed not to interact with your body in the same way sugar does.
