Well, it sounds like you might have a really low appetite or something. I know how that is, sometimes I just don't feel very hungry either. A few things that could be going on:
- Stress - When you're stressed it can totally kill your appetite without you realizing it. Maybe there's something going on that's distracting you from eating.
- Boredom - If you're bored a lot, that dopamine rush from food just doesn't appeal as much. Could be looking for more excitement.
- Inactive - If you're not moving around or exercising much, your body probably doesn't need as many calories. Some physical activity could spark your appetite.
- Depression - Not feeling hungry is sometimes linked to depression. How's your mood been lately?
- Hormones - Low testosterone, thyroid issues, etc can mess with hunger levels. Might check with your doc.
If you're eating enough when you do remember to though, I wouldn't stress too much. But if it concerns you maybe just try setting reminders to eat better spaced meals and see if that helps. Feel it out and lmk if things improve!
