Im only getting a 6 inches sandwich and 2 cookies lol but I ain’t worried about the food im worried about like if I eat too much if it’s unsafe for my body

Well, yes- but you'd need to eat a helluva lot to see any real harm. Even a couple hundred excess Calories is only going to translate into some excess weight, which is WAY less dangerous than you've been lead to believe, unless you let it go to extreme lengths.
