My diet is very specialised and low ( extremely ) in processed carbs.

1 . Grilled Beef

2 . Salad and vegetables.

3 . Eggs

4 . Pork

5 . Chicken.

The focus is high protein , low carb , with intermittent fasting and a focus on how the animals have been fed , I will incorporate a steak Sandwich if the bread is Dark Bavarian ( although there is a processed element ) , fast food = NEVER , Sugar = NEVER ( try to avoid this sht , is nearly impossible , you gotta read , read , read ) . Once you've got it all going so very easy to maintain , and most important simple , as it must be sustainable.

Unfortunately , in my 20s , I had not studied nutrition , I should have , my daughter is now a dietician , and chose this over medicine , because vastly better to help people with natural above ground , rather than with drugs to stop ( below ground ) .

Pizza, chocolate pie or chocolate liquid cake, French fries, raspberry cheesecake, Chicago ice cream (that is how it is called in Greece but I am sure the name is different in other places) and it is a tie with chocolate mousse.

Yeah I like foods full of calories. The only reason I am not overweight is because I watch out the quantity of the food I consume and I exercise.
