The focus is high protein , low carb , with intermittent fasting and a focus on how the animals have been fed , I will incorporate a steak Sandwich if the bread is Dark Bavarian ( although there is a processed element ) , fast food = NEVER , Sugar = NEVER ( try to avoid this sht , is nearly impossible , you gotta read , read , read ) . Once you've got it all going so very easy to maintain , and most important simple , as it must be sustainable.
Unfortunately , in my 20s , I had not studied nutrition , I should have , my daughter is now a dietician , and chose this over medicine , because vastly better to help people with natural above ground , rather than with drugs to stop ( below ground ) .
