Yes but it needs to be decent high in cocoa chocolate, greens and black etc. 70% / 85% cocoa.

It can be addicting to eat. It has caffeine & sugar, made to activate your endorphins/happy chemicals in your brain. I have a chocolate rush once in a while where I'll eat a few candy bars or chocolates. 🍫

It can be but I eat 90% dark chocolate so it has little to no sugar (4 grams of sugar to be precise)
