Mexican foods all the same, just folded differently.
Pastas ok but gets a bit boring after a while.
Hard to choose between Chinese and indian but I think indians more flexible and comforting so I'm keeping that.

Ugh. Such a hard choice... grudgingly, I suppose I'd have to keep Italian. Technically, I think I like Indian a bit more, but I don't eat it as often as I do Italian. But Indian and Italian are kind of 1a and 1b for me, satisfaction-wise. In order of overall preference though I'd probably say Indian, Italian, Mexican and Chinese, but I love all four.

I've had authentic Mexican food for 30 years... so I can give it a change

but now, I am not sure of which of the other three I would keep... they're all so good when authentic as well...

I also only rarely eat chinese food, and eat very little from mexican food (basically just nachos), and I don't eat indian food at all.
