Dairy free brownie recipe recommendations?

I love me some brownie and icecream but I've yet to find a decent recipe to make myself 😞 they're all pretty average still fine but not as good as bought ones I've had.

Please help a girl and her brownie addiction 😁

INGREDIENTS
1 cups white sugar (200 grams)
1/2 cup cocoa (45 grams)
1/4 cup all-purpose flour (30 grams)
1/4 teaspoon of salt
2 eggs
1/4 cup oil (60 milliliters)
2 tablespoons water (30 milliliters)
1/2 tablespoon vanilla
OPTIONAL ADDITIONS
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips, dairy free

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 325°F or 165°C.
Whisk together sugar, cocoa, flour, and salt in a mixing bowl.
Add eggs, oil, water, and vanilla. Mix until smooth. The batter will look more runny than most.
Pour batter into an 8×8 baking pan lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out almost clean when you poke the center.
Remove and let cool before cutting.

This is my go-to brownie recipe. Takes about 15-20 mins at 150°C for a gooey centre or a little longer if you prefer firmer

250g butter
350g dark choc melted with 250g butter
200g sugar
3 eggs
2tsp vanilla essence
75g flour
1 tsp baking powder
Mix the sugar and eggs, add the butter and choc, then the flour and bake as usual
