What type of food that is soy-free & Dairy-free?

I need some suggestions for my Dance studio’s Thanksgiving dinner.

Potatoes and Rice
any vegetable or fruit (besides soy obviously), Meat and Fish
Vegan Cheese (you have to look out for soy here, but most of them are based on almonds or coconut.)
Some Pasta (but you have to look out, most brands add little amounts of soy)
Vegan Milk and Cream, (Oat, Almond, Rice...)
