Ice cream (chocolate, vanilla), almost any cheddar, gouda, jack, mozzarella, parm/reg., Swiss cheese, mild Mexican cheeses, homemade dips made with 3 parts sour cream/ 1 part mayo + spices, Yogurt with fruit in it.

I probably use Parmesan more than anything. I put that on every pasta dish I eat. Heck, I put it on salads.

The local fancy butcher shop back home carries those products, including their cheeses. I like the Vermont white cheddar a lot.
