It's not just acceptable, it's a great meal. The galaxy brain meal plan is steak and eggs for breakfast, steak and lobster for lunch, and steak and potatoes for dinner.

It’s not that I wouldn’t eat it I just would prefer more veggies rather than just steak and potatoes. My body is naturally very curvy so I couldn’t eat that too often.
