I'm not really for sure what that is but I do have something for Spanish rice
Kroger's has a package of Spanish rice that is really good it's spicy tasty and I add a little bit more cayenne pepper to it..
But then I cut up a chicken breast put that in it put olives in it I put more onions in it.
. Sometimes I make tacos with it sometimes that makes just a casserole thing with it if I make a casserole type dish... I fry up a couple tortillas line like a 9x13 in glass dish. Lazy tortillas on the bottom for my my Spanish rice stuff in with everything else I added to it and some cheese or I put other tortillas on top then I put cheese on it and then heat it on 350 for 20 minutes to have an hour or whatever cuz it's already cooked everything is precooked and then serve it it was avocado sour cream green onion whatever but it's really really good
Thank you so much! I will defintally do that, soon! :)
Follow the package directions for quantity of dry rice to water. Add 1 teaspoon Salt per cup of dry rice.
Bring the water and salt to a boil, add the rice, stir to loosen all the way around the bottom, turn the heat down to low and set the timer for 20 minutes. Take it off the burner and set the timer for 10 minutes more while leaving the lid on. Serve.
This isn't Mexican rice, but it is delicious
