Care to share what changed?
Onion, garlic, peanut butter, stuffed peppers with rice, marshmallows, omelette, avocado, snickers bar, bounty bar, almond milk, sweets with syrup like baklava, pecan pie, kantaifi and many others I was a very picky eater.
I also used to dislike beans and peas but now I eat them (not love them though).
What changed?
Hmm my taste-buds perhaps?

I have quite a few: Certain beef products, mayo, pickles, marshmallows, black olives (in spaghetti or on a supreme pizza), bratwurst, sloppy joes, meatloaf, coconut, and not sure what else. We could say mushrooms, but I had made myself try that out before at 15 with mushroom ravioli being my first liking of them.
i was looking at the picture, and i was thinking back to when i ate oatmeal, and said, yes!
add a pat of butter, make it with milk and add salt.
now, imagine that made with water and that's it
it's all in the recipe i think.
Yeah, I hated scrambled eggs and tuna when I was a wee lad.. Scrambled eggs reminded my of Oat meal which reminded me of throw up.. But then I tried them again one day, and started to love them again..
I more recently tried Tuna after feeling like I didn't like for most of my life.. Now, Tuna sandwiches are amazing..

I still dislike the same things... and I tried them all again, in the last year, that's still a nope, for me Spinach. I could not eat spinach until three years ago. The texture used to make me want to puke.
As I child I preferred burgers to cheese burgers and did not like mushrooms.

Yes green veg, like Brussels sprouts and peas. I hated them when i was kid but i now like them.
Surprisingly as a kid I wasn’t a fan of sweet potatoes & now I love them especially in an air fryer with brown sugar & a little nutmeg. Yummy.
Just white rice, along with salmon in it. I add roasted seaweed flakes. Delish. I used to not like plain white rice at all.
Yes. Collards. Hated them when I was little. But taste buds changed and now I love them 👍🙂

On the contrary there are foods i enjoyed as a child but now rather not put in my mouth: Cereal, sugary stuff, junk foods like McDonalds.
I'll eat everything that had a mother. All their parts. Everything.
Yes vegetables because now that Im older I realized its better for the body.
