Personally there are better brands, I prefer dark to white prefer spicy to normal usually try going to a pub that has various types get small bottles and try each type. i prefer totally neat to shoving other stuff into them.

Yes, I've had Bacardi rum. It's nothing sexisl but ok with a mixer. The best rum I've ever had was in Barbados made on an old sugar cane plantation that is hundreds of years old. They had an 18 year old rum that sipping it neat was like enjoying a good cognac.

I am only 18 and can't buy booze yet but at a party there was some rum and cokes.. not sure what kind of rum was in them

I don't usually drink flavored booze. I stick to original. And Bacardi is decent enough

I don't think I would go for Bacardi. I prefer Cocobay or Malibu When going for rum. Old monk when it's dark. But I also prefer whisky those are sweet. Jim bean honey and JD honey are my favourite.
