I can't remember if it were bison or buffalo I had. They were ok but no better than a decent cow burger.
Well bison is a breed of buffalo
its ok as a leaner alternative to a beef patty if you need to reallocate macros. But you can get a more complete amino acid profile from lentils and ground turkey.
If I'm being real with you, Bison burgers dont match the hype that they get marketed with.
Probably some truth to that
They're really good. I've had them in restaurants. My wife and I also buy bison burger at times and make our own.
I've never had them before. I've only had beef, chicken, turkey, and veggie burgers.

Yes I do like the flavor. I know where I can go to get those frozen patties. They also have venison patties at the same store. I think I need to swing by there and get some more.
Happy to be your inspiration. Lol
Bison patties are amazing. Whenever eat at Montanas I always order my firecracker burger with a bison patty instead. Been doing that for 10 years now. The meat is more tender and in my opinion flavourful
I voted yes, although I prefer bison meat loaf over bison burgers.
Sounds delicious
omg yes the bison burgers at Ted's are unbelievable
I went to Ted’s Montana grill once when I was in Georgia. Unfortunately, they don’t have them where I live now in Washington.

They have them at Cabela's. They're pretty good. But pass on the ostrich! It tastes like a rubber tire.
I've never even heard of them... Not that I'm a huge fan of burgers anyway.
Never had them, had a buffalo one once and that was good
Only thing I have to do with bison is the grass in the Zubrowka
If you liked it then it probably had beef added to it. Bison is on the dry side inorder to get it to stay in a patty you have to add beef or pork fat to it. It's not as dry as venison burgers but yeah it'll crumble if its straight bison
Yes mor bison should be farmed in the us because it's a native animal and better suited to our environment than cattle.
Yup, my local meat locker sells bison along side beef and pork.
imagine human meat. how is it different? it could be sweeter? would you try it?
Sure
what part of the body? cheeks are always good.
I would like to try it, I’ve never tried it
I'm in Europe so I never had one, I love the idea of it though.
I had one a long time ago. I thought it was good..
It's delicious when it's cooked right. If it's not it can be tough
sounds good, tnx for recommending!
Yeah... they taste great
I don't like burgers, period.
Yes, seems leaner than beef.
Haven't tried one yet.
Love 'em!
Yes, I do, the meat is very good. Who sells them?
Your local butcher will most likely have them
Thanks, I'm gonna look for it.
I'd like to try
I dont like
Not worth the price.
