Imagine a dish of boiled cabbage, its earthy compounds mingling with the pungent tang of Limburger cheese. Add a touch of rotten eggs for that extra zing, and don't forget the overripe avocado, its creamy mushiness packing a powerful punch of decayed vegetation. For a hint of sweetness, I love the subtle funk of moldy cheese, complemented by the stench of musty books (just a tad, mind you).
On the side, I relish a plate of stinky feet, their musky aroma blending perfectly with the fish market's briny bouquet. A sprinkle of garlic and onions, like the spicy notes of skunk spray, elevate the dish to new heights. And to wash it all down, a glass of stale beer, its oxidized fumes adding a refreshing twist.

Okay, not sure if this counts but Marshmallow Peeps!! Love'em.
Not exactly nutritional and perhaps not what you meant as "food." However - and maybe in part, it is just my reaction to the arrival of Spring and Easter, my favorite season and my favorite holiday - but when the Peeps show up at the store, my mood soars. Ditto my appetite - and probably my weight.
Still, if the family served Easter dinner and it was nothing but Peeps, I would be totally contented.
Oh, and happy Easter Sunday to everyone - and hope you get lots of peeps.
The filled chocolate eggs, PB M&M eggs, starburst jellybeans, reese's pieces eggs, whoppers, and whatever else. I'll be making starburst jello so that'll be something new this Easter at dinner.

Are those stigmata cookies? Wow!
I like those robin's egg candies - malt balls with a thin layer of chocolate and and a thin, hard, candy shell - that are only sold during Easter.
I don't have any traditional Easter foods. But since eggs are associated with Easter, I'm always up for deviled eggs.Exclusive to Easter would be chocolate eggs. I eat roast lamb anytime I can get it. Not a huge fan of fish.

Milk Chocolate Easter Bunny... takes me all day to consume all of it...
Lamb of some kind... white chocolate too. I associate that with Easter because my aunt would always buy me some.
We have homemade Squash Bisque Soup with a bit of Cheyanne Pepper on top as part of our dinner for Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter. I enjoy it a lot.
