I went through 12 different food combinations on the Red Lobster website to examine how the cost vs. value could be applied best and finally decided on a shrimp meal with 7 add ons.

That seemed to create the best value per dollar spent.

I am planning to treat my mother to an afternoon tea, and take her to see a funny movie. :) She and I don't get to bond a lot, so i have scheduled a free day (not ON mothers day, but close!) to treat her to a nice fun time out.

She also helps take are of my dad who is crippled and has mental health issues. She is a devoted wife to him, and she also works part time to ensure financially they are ok.

I bought her a dozen roses for delivery, and a cute little turtle with a "Thank you Mum" card, to ensure she knows we ALL appreciate her hard work, dedication and support.

I'm putting together a secret gift bag for my mom. I'm also thinking about us doing kabobs if we can find the meat for it for dinner. But as of right now I'm just helping her while her shoulder is healing.

It's my first time making one for her. She doesn't even know it. I got her a necklace but thinking of getting her fun stress balls. As she likes my giggle zone ball. It'd be for her hands.
