Don't prepare it yourself. It's a small distance between what is life threatening poison and the edible parts. If you want to serve at home take any of the puffer fish you have to a sushi restaurant and payt the most experienced chef on staff to do it for you
It's better not to try doing IT at home. I've read that the fish is really toxic and the problem is not just about cutting IT, but also adding spices, which for someone WHO Has no experience, is deadly.
