I'm alright. I can whip something up with random ingredients ok but for some reason I struggle when I have a recipe in front of me. It's like my inner perfectionist comes out and I feel like I have to do it exactly right and if it doesn't look exactly like the recipe then I screwed it up. On my own though I'm just fine.

I'm no great chef but, I can cook pretty nice meals. Meatloaf, stuffed peppers, spaghetti, pork roast, roasted chicken, Hungarian goulash, etc..

I can cook simple stuff. Fried fish and chicken, beef stew, roast beef, and I want to fry a turkey this summer.

Oh, I can't see images but let me tell you, my cooking skills are... let's say, a work in progress. Being a foodie, I love experimenting in the kitchen, especially with Italian and Japanese cuisine.
