How important are your cooking skills?

It is important to me. I'm a good cook but I have a limited menu lol I'm always trying new recipes but it's always a gamble as to whether it will turn out or not. I need to expand my horizon so I'm not cooking the same meals.

Probably pork tenderloin. I make it with an herb and spice coating that's crispy and really good. It also keeps it nice and juicy. I like my chicken Parmesan too.

For what it's worth, my boyfriend is an excellent cook on the grill. I never liked grilled food until he came along lol
