Theyve all gone downhill. Mickey D’s has good sweet tea, killer sprite and fries. Their nuggets look lovely but are flavorless. Their burgers are the worst and always dry af. The chicken sandwiches are good if spicy. Wendys has good nuggets and chili but everything shrank in size while the price doubled. Their Daves singles are good but their other burgers and chicken sandwiches are nasty. The sea salt fries were good but the new fries are not. The sweet tea is good but the fountain drinks are disgusting and taste like straight acid. Burger king has amaizng burgers but horrible fries and onion-powder chicken sandwiches. The nuggets are decent. The icees are yummy but the icee machine is always broke like Mcdonalds ice cream machine. It makes me mad that BK’s around here play “closed for the day” like 4 out of 7 days a week. Still i prefer BK food over the other two

I can't handle cheese from Mcdonalds. It tastes like asprin and makes me sick. Their dry pepper sprinkled burgers and nasty diced onions really will make me puke. Wendys Daves are good but their Biggie Bag double stacks are nasty like Mcdonalds burgers. BK burgers are amazing as long as there's no mayo on it. Here you can get BK burgers for like $1.49. Whoppers are usually2 for $6

My gosh - that's like asking what do you prefer- strychnine, arsenic, or the gas chamber. When I was younger, my mom would always want her 99¢ "whopper burger" , and McD was the only chain way back that had really proliferated across the country. Well, maybe Chicken Unlimited, too.

Now, since fast foods have multiplied nearly geometrically (that is, popped up around wherever a McD is found) , I would rather have a Jersey Mikes, Firehouse Sub, Potbelly Sub, or even a Subway.

The hitch is that fast foods joints have driven up the cost of a "decent quick bite" meal to over $10, and sometimes more like twice that. I can go to a Chili's now, and get a double smash burger, unlimited chips and salsa , and unlimited non-booze drinks (sweet ice tea or Coke, thank you) for $10.99, so why bother with the others.

We now make our own pork sausage, potato salad, slaws, bean salads, burgers (75/25 beef cut with 10% TVP to boost the "lean" protein, and it also evens out the cooking time), salad dressings. If my shoulders could stand it, I'd probably start churning my own butter, but that won't happen.

Out of the three you mentioned, it's Wendy's by a nose, BK and way last, McDumb. The one nearest us is out though since it is a "training" store for their rookies, and 80%+ of the time, they screw up our orders. My wife can pick-up something at the shop near her office, if we are in a burger mood.

Mc Donald's chicken sandwiches are ok, but wendys chicken sandwiches are definitely better. I've had Mc donalds new Cajun ranch bacon chicken sandwich and it's good but Wendys blt chicken sandwich is better (it's a fair comparison since they both have bacon and they're probably trying to compete with Wendys anyway with that sandwich I'd imagine). Never liked them, they lack good sauces (As all the big chains do) and they are just thin shitty fries. Locally I can get proper thick fries with a bit of skin on them, burger king has good twisted fries. Twisted Fries have nicer spices on them, while locally I can get peanut sauce with them.

I have always voted Republican. It was about the time that I was first old enough to vote, mid-70s, that things started changing and the Democrats started moving left.

If you go back to John F. Kennedy who was president in the early 60s and a Democrat, many of his policies would be considered conservative today.

My sibling was an advisor to President Reagan who I think was one of the two best presidents in my lifetime the other one being President Trump. There is no comparison between their styles, but a lot of parallels in their policies. And that's really all I care about. I happen to like a lot of things about President Trump's style. He tells it like he sees it without the BS whether you agree with him or not. And I like that. But I also understand how a lot of people see him as annoying even though I don't. What I don't understand is why they can't get past that and see how great his policies are and how much good he did for them and for the country. That's the part that's hard for me to grasp. They seem to hate him so much that they would rather suffer than have him be president. That seems incredibly stupid and scary to me.
