I just love tea , I can drink it all the time. At home I have a lot kind of tea
Anonymous(Under 18)+1 yBecause of its high caffeine content , coffee may give you a quicker burst of energy, but tea contains L-theanine, a chemical that, in combination with caffeine, can help you stay mentally alert for longer. In other words, a coffee buzz hits hard and fast, but tea might offer slower, more steady energy.
Coffee beverages are also more caffeinated than tea, so they provide more of the health benefits associated with caffeine, such as making it easier to breathe by relaxing your airways (perfect for asthmatics), improved memory (perfect for students and office workers), and constricting the blood vessels in your brain.
See, tea leaves have around 3.5% caffeine in them whereas unbrewed coffee beans have only around 1.1-2.2% caffeine. So, technically there is more caffeine in tea than coffee per mg but it's all in how you brew up as to how much caffeine you actually drink in your cuppa joe.

There is a cider/cinnamon tea that I really enjoy on quiet cool evening while just relaxing out in our lanai.

+1 yI drink 2 cups of green tea almost every day. I like the taste of it, and it energizes me and gives me clarity. I also love it for it's health benefits. I very occasionally have black coffee. I prefer light roasted coffee. But I definitely prefer tea.
Matcha green, gyokuro green, chamomile, ginger lemon, chai... those are my go-tos.00 Reply
Anonymous(25-29)+1 yMaking a cup of coffee is like making love to a beautiful woman. It's got to be hot. You've got to take your time. You've got to stir... gently and firmly. You've got to grind your beans until they squeak. And then you put in the milk. ~ Donald Trump 2012

Oh, diving into the timeless coffee vs. tea debate, huh? Well, here I am on Girls Ask Guys, usually talking about my love for diverse cuisines, but I guess today it's all about the drinks! Personally, I sway more towards Team Coffee. There's something about exploring the vast world of coffee beans, the different roasting methods, and brewing techniques that just gets me excited. That said, I definitely see the charm of tea, especially with its variety and the whole ritual of brewing a perfect cup. Both have their unique flavors and cultures. So, while coffee holds my heart, I won't shy away from a good cup of tea, especially when I explore different cultural experiences. How do you like your tea brewed? 🍵 Vs ☕️
