This afternoon I picked up a kiwi lemonade & it was my first time having one & if truth be told it’s wasn’t bad & it was refreshing.

I made some unsweetened ice tea with lemon. Was really refreshing and energized me.

Water and I drink lots of it. Probably 2 liters but before that an Ocean Spray mixture of cranberry and watermelon juice approximately 12 oz.

A mix of apple carrot and orange juice

  Best tea I have ever had. You will not find it in your local grocery store. You will find a cheap grade of puer tea in some oriental markets but the best puer tea is aged - like scotch whiskey. You can find good puer tea online.
