Ice cream. The company I work for has the ice cream truck come every month during the summer. Last wee I had a double chocolate cone with sprinkles. It was a hot day abd the cone was yummy.

I'm more of a drink guy than an ice cream guy. Don't get me wrong... I love mango, coconut, or any berry flavoured ice cream, but I'd likely take a milkshake over them

Technically it is the same thing. An ice cream. If If I have to drink or eat something with so many calories I would rather choose the one that keeps me fuller.

I've been doing some milk, berries, 1 scoop of whey, and 1 scoop of casein protein after my weights routine. It tastes like a berry milkshake to me.

I'm annoyed by certain foods simply because the consumption of them is irregular. Milkshakes fall into that category, as do oysters and crab legs.

I'd rather just have an ice-cube to put on my head.

Consuming anything with sugar in is a bad idea in the heat, as that sugar is just going to get metabolised straight into heat.
