Wow, you've had a machine tell you its favorite food is sushi. Ever seen a machine eat sushi? I know I haven't.

I'm a human, who actually eats food, so I'll share my opinion. I have been enjoying Italian food lately, and especially marinara sauce with pasta. I've probably made it 10 times this year so far. I usually use canned whole tomatoes from Italy, but I've had a bumper crop of tomatoes in my garden so far, and tonight I made marinara from fresh tomatoes. We thought it was really good.

So long story short, pasta with some variation of tomato sauce.

1 cup of frozen mixed fruit mixed with 1 scoop of whey, 1 scoop of casein, and 1 scoop of creatine monohydrate... with a bunch of lactose intolerant milk enriched with calcium like in western countries with immigrants.

Being summer it's mostly been anything I can throw on the grill. Grilled chicken thighs and drumsticks are inexpensive, easy, and taste great. Add a few cobs of sweet corn, and some sliced potatoes seasoned and tossed in olive oil and wrapped in tin foil and it's a full meal on the grill. Great when it's hot and you don't want to hear up the house even more with the oven or stove.

I don't eat sugar, sweet cake, cookies, any chocolate, wafers. No coffee, no tea, no coke, no fanta, no fizzy drinks. I don't eat hamburgers and pizza, I don't eat junk food. I don't eat rice and pasta rice and pasta make the body fat I definitely do not eat bread I have been staying away from these products for 9 months.
