Look. I don't like cooking and I am not ashamed to admit it. I dislike it a lot, however, I make simple stuff that don't require much time to be prepared because it is important to me not to rely on others for anything and it is also a plus that I don't like complex stuff in general when it comes to food. You can make simple stuff that don't require a lot of time and effort to be made like pasta, rice, eggs with fried cheese, omelette, sandwiches, fries, boiled potatoes and carrots, salads etc. Or you can buy frozen stuff from the supermarket and simple heat them like tiny croissants, cheese pie, pizza etc.
It is not rocket science.
Google and YouTube are your friends, you can look up anything there. ChatGPT is also your friend.
