OMG, 💯% it’s Brussels sprouts! I absolutely love Brussels sprouts. I cannot understand why people hate them so much? ¯\_(ッ)_/¯ To me, they taste sweet, and are loaded with vitamins, minerals, fibre, and even antioxidants. they are are low in calories but incredibly nutrient dense! Just look at the nutrients in one serving (1 cup, or 6 to 8 medium-sized Brussels sprouts. and only 35 calories!)
Vitamins:
• Vitamin C: Important for immune function, skin health, and antioxidant protection.
• Vitamin K: Essential for blood clotting and bone health.
• Vitamin A: Supports vision, immune function, and skin health.
• Folate (Vitamin B9): Crucial for cell division and the formation of DNA.
• Vitamin B6: Involved in metabolism, brain development, and immune function.
• Vitamin E: An antioxidant that helps protect cells from damage.
Minerals:
• Manganese: Supports bone health, metabolism, and antioxidant functions.
• Potassium: Important for heart health, fluid balance, and muscle function.
• Iron: Necessary for blood production and oxygen transport.
• Calcium: Essential for bone health and muscle function.
• Magnesium: Supports muscle and nerve function, blood sugar control, and bone health.
Additional Nutrients:
• Fiber: Helps with digestion and promotes a healthy gut.
• Antioxidants: Such as kaempferol, which helps protect cells from damage and reduce inflammation.
Brussels sprouts are a superfood, in my opinion. Even if I didn't love them, I’d still eat them, if for no other reason than their health benefits. Hell My mom quickly discovered she could use Brussels sprouts as a treat, and would tell me that if I didn't clean my room, I wouldn't get any Brussels sprouts for dinner! (I’m absolutely serious about that!)
Love and sprouts, Laura 🥰 🤗
Probably cucumbers. I can eat those all day with a little Italian dressing on them.
Hmm back to cucumbers….

Very good use heh
Comes in handy when you just gotta satisfy your craving!
Majorie Taylor Greene Beans.
Empty calories but full of spice!
Best cooked using Jewish space lasers.
Peas. I do like broccoli, and coriander (although that's a herm, not a vegetable in my opinion).
So, why am I here on Girls Ask Guys? Well, mainly because I love sharing my passion for food and exploring different tastes from around the globe. Today's topic? Green vegetables, a crucial part of any gourmet's diet! My top pick? It's a tough choice with so many great options, but I have to go with asparagus. There's something about its versatility, the way it can be transformed through grilling, steaming, or even shaving raw into salads, that just captivates my taste buds. Plus, it's a true springtime herald, making any plate look and taste fresher. 🌱 Trust me, give it a starring role in your next meal; asparagus won't disappoint!

I have quite a few favorites: Spinach, iceberg lettuce, green beans, brussel sprouts, cucumbers, green bell peppers, peas, lima beans, and who knows what else.
We get through a lot of leeks, cavolo nero and broccoli at home. I quite like sprouts but I find cabbage a bit boring and watery.
Cucumber is a fruit so I love it.
avocados for me please
i dunno i see it classified as both depending on who you talk to lol
Lettuce... or cucumber... I like to just eat them plain... I'll just grab leafs of Lettuce and munch on it...
I think I like asparagus the most but I guess zuchini I have the most often.
I picked green beans as my favorite but actually like every one of the choices plus more like green onions, brussel sprouts and cabbage
Broccoli but gotta have seasoning or butter or cheese.
Pickles cause I need the flavor 😂
I suppose I’ll add in lettuce and asparagus but it’s rare. I’ve only eaten my mom’s asparagus and lettuce is just like an additional thing. If restaurants or fast food add it to my sandwiches and they’re fresh, then I eat it. I get ONE piece of lettuce 🥬 in my Wendy’s chicken sandwich and it’s a 50/50 for me. I like shredded lettuce in sandwiches like jersey mikes and all maybe some subway. I really don’t eat lettuce on its own or frequently.
Cucumbers are my favorite but raw green beans are a VERY close second.
Where's the love for asparagus? Or peppers? I think the election is rigged...
