@Caroline91 that’s a tough question, lol. Just basic salt and milk added usually does it for me but I also like it with sour cream for the sweet and sour taste

@Circushowcowboy I love to do roasted garlic cloves and cheddar cheese in the mash up. But baked potatoes are really my favorite. Sometimes dinner is a huge baked russet potato stuffed with steamed broccoli and cheddar cheese sauce or Sour cream, homemade bacon bits, green onion and shredded sharp cheddar cheese. Then we just add a little side salad... and it's a meal! I mean who can ever tire of talking about... er, I mean... eating... potatoes?

@Caroline91 a little bit yes. But I'm weird... I actually prefer my onions raw... like cut some up put it on noodles, sprinkle on chili. Or eggs. I liked em cooked to but I'd I like raw best

@Koneko911 I like them any way they get served up from caramelized to raw. I'm especially fond of red onion sandwiches. I slather mayo and a little mustard on whole grain bread, then sliced onions and a little lettuce. YUM!
