Well, I guess no one loves spicy more than Mexicans since even most Mexican candies and chips are spicy.

As for the other cuisines, I had a bit of Indian, not that much to judge it as a whole but what I tried was not that spicy or at least not anything that I couldn't handle as someone that was brought up on Mexican food, and yes I did try a spicy Indian dishes. Don't know much about the other two, but I've never really heard of them being known as spicy cuisines even though I know they do have some spicy dishes.
