Which Asian region has the best cuisine?

I saw this poll on YouTube so I might as well try it here. Personally this is hard! I might favor Southeast Asia for its like the melting pot of Asian cuisine. I have never tried Central Asian food tho but who knows? It might be the best. It looks good though. I'm not going to include North Asia because it's just Russian and Russia is more European than Asian since most of its population is near Europe's border.

But I may be slowly changing my mind. I started teaching English to Japanese women a couple of years ago. They have cooked for me on several occasions. Damn, some of that food is good! But maybe it's not fair comparing home cooked food with restaurant food.

I voted for East Asia, cause I like Chinese, Korean and Japanese cuisine, but I like Indian food too, because I'm a vegetarian, so South Asian is my second favorite.

South East Asian people have lots of vegetarian food as well, so I like Indonesian, Filipino and Malaysian cuisine.

West Asia, sure, I like Arabic, Persian and Turkish cuisine.

Central Asia, I never tried their food, but I guess I will eventually.

30 percent of Russia is in Europe, 5 percent of Kazakhstan is in Europe and a small part of the country in Anatolia whose name I do not know is also in Europe.

But that doesn't remove the fact that it is a Central Asian country. The Ural mountains are what divided them making their cultures distinct from Europe.
