What's the best SouthEast Asian cuisine?

I've done European cuisine but now let's move to a different region. The region with the salty + rice cuisines. These are all opinionated. Not everyone have the same taste buds experience. I personally am not too familiar with other Southeast Asian cuisines but I think I Thai is the best. Really aromatic and I love spicy food kinda. They use a lot of spices but I think they blend so well, still have vivid flavors and not have that sensory overload when you build those flavors of their different food in your mouth. Then Vietnamese and Filipino comes close. Vietnamese and Filipino cuisine use less spices compared but it has a lot of clear particular tastes that's amplified with different liquid seasonings which gives them a vivid flavor profile but both having different sets of ingredients. They also have those flavors that are meant to be built in your mouth. Maybe i'm biased on Filipino cuisine because i grew up with it the most and I love vinegar and garlic which is a flavor profile of the Philippines.
