1. China - The best of the best in the world, especially Jilin food. I have loved Chinese food since I was a child.
2. Vietnam - I've only been to a Vietnamese restaurant once and I loved it.
3. Thailand - I love the sweet and sour combination, and the almonds.
From Japan I have only tried suchi and it seems overrated. I have ordered Arabic food 2 or 3 times and found it very cloying. I haven't tried anything from other countries.
That's a tough one. I picked Thai, but honestly it really depends on the dish. There's gems in all cuisines.

Although I live in South Korea, I have to say Japan because I actually like sushi, unlike most Korean and other Asian food.

Aye, I love avo sushi. I can nosh them all day!
I'm plumping for India because I like a hot curry but China is a close second.
Thai is just boil something in coconut milk.
Turkey is just a kebab and a crap grated day old salad.
As for Japan as much as I enjoy sushi it is just fish on rice, let's not pretend it's anything more.
Russia? Is vodka a cuisine,,?
I only ate Chinese and Indian cuisines out of the options. I love Chinese cuisine though! Indian is regular to me and it will remain best for me but leaving it I love Chinese actually. Especially the sea food. I also want to try out Philippines, Japanese, Turkish, Korean and other cuisines.
I will say India not because I am one but because it has the highest amount of variance in food among all Asian countries. Even the food variation from state to state canbe totally different. Plus due to a lot of chinese-European, African people migrating to India during colony times. Indian food has influences from them. Other countries are pretty homogeneous when it comes to food.
It's just so hard to choose. What i have tried, i'm going to rank them.
S Tier - Indian, Thai, Chinese
A Tier - Taiwanese, Japanese and Turkish (technically a west Asian country)
B Tier - Filipino, Korean, Mongolian, Vietnamese
C Tier - Indonesian, Malaysian, Singaporean
The ones in the lower tier doesn't mean they are bad. I just prefer them the least.
Not one vinegar is in the map. Filipinos use them a lot in their cuisine which is what i love about it. I don't know if i put Filipino food in the S Tier but that would just be biased. They are not as impressive as Thai, Indian or Chinese cuisine because the ingredients are very basic but I just grew up with it. It may be a little mainstream for me, i'm still not bored of it. https://youtu.be/yvkBPCJiQeQ
https://youtu.be/wVJRXuZ9NOM another one. He doesn't fail to make me drool and he is Vietnamese by the way.
@JustiReno Again this is personal preference and I'm basing it on the ones I actually tried. I literally said "The ones in the lower tier doesn't mean they are bad. I just prefer them the least." This is a matter of opinion. I personally haven't tried Lebanese food but I know they inspired Mexican cuisine so they might be as good or better than Turkish food but again, I'm basing it on the ones i've tried. And in my opinion, i still prefer Turkish food to Greek food. It's still my preference.
I just voted Japan because my tastes are fairly Western and that's a country I've been to. I probably eat the most Indian food (that I make myself), but that's certainly different than "real" Indian, at least on a spiciness level. I would die from Indian spice levels.
Unlike what westerners believe a large section of Indians doesn't eat too spicy food, especially people from east. But most restaurants in the west are owned by people from north or south India. I have lived for three years in south India and I had to cook all by myself as local food is extremely spicy.
You can control the spice level according to your preference for any dishes, it's just that locals prefer spicy so this rumor of spicy Indian cuisine is overrated. You can enjoy the same food with you spice preference.
My family loves Chinese food but now I live with an Indian roommate who has introduced me to the Indian cuisine. I'm a picky eater but there's so many Indian dishes that I absolutely love and wish I could eat daily!
I can say Japanese cuisine
it’s pleasing to my eyes. Arranged so nicely. Plus compare to other Asian countries Japanese cuisine isn’t spicy , unless you ask for it.
Thailand without a question. Seafood, Fruits, Crops, 16-20 hour days. All Thai, whether traditional Buddhists or Muslims, or None can cook. Easy to put 20lbs on simply eating healthy 😋

America is the best at everything 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Thailand has a wide variety of dishes to satisfy anyone's taste, from hot and spicy to sweet and sour.
not knowing much about any of them, i'd say china, simply cause it's a giant country bordering lots of other countries, probably having the best of all of them.
Though it's not listed here, I say the Philippines
India has curry, saag, Tikka Masala, and vindaloo. Japan has lots of seafood, teriyaki, Ramen, sushi, and sushi rice. Very tough to pick between the two. Vietnam gets an honorable mention because Bahn mi is one of the best sandwiches on the planet.
Except almost none of them are actually Indian or at least consumed by Indians on a large scale. The concept of curry can be weird and differ largely across India but tikka was first prepared in Britain and vindaloo was popular with Portuguese people residing in goa and still not much available outside goa.
Some Chinese and Japanese foods I liked.
Indian and korean foods I didn't like.
I've not had the opportunity to try the others yet.
Thailand! Their curries are the best in the world when made with traditional ingredients.
I could not decide cause I like at least 4 of them equally but I picked Korea
Filipino but it's not in the choices. i love my Filipino food
for me its a toss up between Thai and Indian food. aromatic and savory beyond anything else i've ever had.
Japan, because even convenience store food is cheap and healthy.
I don't know but thiland girls are really good at sucky sucky
If there was ever a decision that was impossible to make, it's this one.
I heard Vietnamese food is very good according to my sister who’s been all over the world
Asian cuisine just as a whole is really good
